Dr. Kipp Krukowski is an ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) in Machinery and Technical Specialties and Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at Colorado State University. He holds a mechanical engineering degree, MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and doctorate from Oklahoma State University. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Krukowski previously founded a business brokerage firm completing over 100 transactions and later Equipment Appraisal Services, where he provided expert witness testimony in million-dollar litigation cases. Dr. Krukowski launched MFG Valuation Specialists to provide specialized machinery and equipment appraisal services for charitable donations under IRS Form 8283. His appraisals are USPAP compliant and have served Fortune 500 companies, public corporations, government agencies, banks, and insurance companies. His research on entrepreneurial exits and valuation has been published in Business Horizons, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, and other peer-reviewed journals.
