Silvera served as a surveyor of record on major new-build vessels and holds certifications in specialized marine equipment including NAIAD Roll Stabilizers and MTU marine engines. He has provided expert witness testimony in Florida and Tennessee courts and previously held a Florida Public Adjuster license specializing in yacht insurance.
