With more than 20 years of machinery and equipment industry experience, Kelley specializes in valuations from small shops to multi-location companies with equipment valued over $25 million. Kelley brings extensive background in acquisition due diligence, integration, and consolidation, with particular expertise in transportation and environmental services including waste management, recycling, and E&P operations. He has managed heavy equipment and fleet operations, multi-site operations, and plant management across public and privately-owned companies. Kelley holds an AAS degree in Business Management from Champlain College.
