Kiko Moscol is the founder and Managing Director of Capital Assets Valuations, an independent fixed asset advisory firm based in Redondo Beach, California. With over 25 years of experience in property, plant and equipment valuations, Moscol previously held senior positions at KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen, where he managed large and complex valuation consulting engagements. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and has served as Chairperson of the MTS discipline of the Los Angeles Chapter of ASA. Moscol earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from California State University Northridge and is fluent in Spanish.
