Over 25 years of experience, he has valued more than $100 billion in equity, invested capital, intangible assets, and tangible assets on a national and global basis. His largest single valuation assignment exceeded $3 billion. DeLuzio is a multi-disciplinary appraiser and one of only two appraisers nationwide accredited to appraise every aspect of a corporate balance sheet. Carmel Valuation LLC is an accredited member of the AICPA, ASA, and RICS. All valuations are performed under IRS guidelines, SSVS, USPAP, and International Valuation Standards.
