Rich Dabrowski is the President of Classic Wheels, LLC and a Certified Master Vehicle Appraiser based in Hartland, Connecticut. A lifelong automobile enthusiast, he has been involved in the classic auto industry for over forty years with extensive professional experience in automotive restoration, repair, and engineering. During a 36-year engineering career, he worked as a project and product manager in the OEM automotive field. Dabrowski holds deep knowledge of collector cars, nostalgia vehicles, and special interest automobiles, including their history, paint and body systems, and mechanical components. His credentials include AACA Senior Master National Judge status and membership in numerous automotive organizations including AACA, SEMA, and the Specialty Equipment Market Association. All appraisals meet USPAP 2024-2025 standards.
