He holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers in Machinery & Technical Specialties, focusing on energy, environmental, and manufacturing technologies. Dr. Williams earned his PhD in Chemical and Fuels Engineering from the University of Utah, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Delaware. With over 40 years of operations, engineering, and construction experience, Dr. Williams is recognized as an expert in engineering analysis and financial appraisal of energy, power, and manufacturing technologies. He is a licensed professional engineer in more than 20 states, a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, and a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. EPS provides comprehensive engineering analysis, forensic investigation, technology assessment, financial appraisals, and expert reporting services.
