Bradley L. Schulz, ASA, is a co-founder and managing partner at ITV Appraisal responsible for operations and client relationships. He holds a double major BA in economics and finance from the University of Illinois and brings over 22 years of experience in valuation for both insurance and accounting purposes, including buildings, land, infrastructure, and machinery and equipment. Schulz previously worked at American Appraisal/Duff & Phelps/Kroll as a Managing Director and national leader of the property insurance appraisal practice. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, former member of their national Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee, and instructor of MTS POV courses.
