Carl Miceli is the founder and president of Miceli Appraisers & Liquidators, Inc., holding the designation Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers, along with Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) and Certified Equipment Appraiser (CES) credentials. He is a graduate of Iowa Wesleyan College and the Certified Auctioneers Institute, with over 50 years of experience evaluating and liquidating businesses. The firm provides USPAP-compliant appraisal reports for billions of dollars of personal property and machinery assets. Services include estate appraisals, divorce valuations, insurance assessments, and machinery and equipment appraisals for asset-based loans, mergers and acquisitions, tax purposes, and bankruptcy proceedings. Carl Miceli served as Past President of the American Society of Appraisers, Maryland Chapter, and holds additional leadership roles in professional appraisal organizations.
