Terry Podgorski, ASA, is the senior appraiser at MVS, LLC in Holland, Michigan. With over 30 years of diverse experience, Podgorski has completed more than 1600 machinery and equipment appraisals throughout the United States since 1994. He holds an ASA Accredited Senior Appraiser designation and has completed core courses in machinery and technical specialties valuation, report writing, marine survey, and inventory appraisal. Podgorski has provided expert witness testimony in Civil Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court and has held leadership positions in the ASA Greater Michigan Chapter. Anna Norris, owner and Candidate Member of the ASA, brings diverse experience and has worked on over 200 appraisals. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Michigan University and has completed ASA fundamentals courses and USPAP training. Together, the team provides timely and accurate appraisals for bankers, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and business professionals across multiple industries.
