With over 25 years of experience, the firm specializes in business and business interests valuations, real estate appraisals, personal property and machinery and equipment appraisals, appraisal review, brokerage, consulting, expert witness, and litigation support. Led by principal Diego Sorroche-Fraticelli, MBA, the firm is licensed and certified to perform general appraisals, business appraisals, and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. The team performs valuations across multiple property types including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and special purpose properties, as well as artwork, furniture, fixtures, and household contents.
