He spent over a decade as CFO for a multi-state $60 million company, advising on commercial construction, asset-based lending, commercial real estate, and equipment and machinery transactions. Marino holds the Master Certified Machinery and Equipment (MCMEA) designation from the NEBB Institute and the Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser (EECA) designation from the Institute of Equipment Valuation. His experience includes overseeing transactions for small-cap and middle-market companies, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and leveraged capital transactions. Marino works nationwide and is active in charitable organizations.
