Nick Shannon is a Director with VMG Health’s Capital Asset Services division in Dallas, Texas. He holds ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) designation from the American Society of Appraisers. Shannon has extensive experience providing tangible asset valuation services and consulting for tax and financial reporting requirements including purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate conversions, and fresh start accounting. Prior to joining VMG Health, Shannon was a Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in the Engineering, Construction and Consulting group, where he managed tangible asset valuation engagements across domestic and international projects. Before that, he was an Associate at American Appraisal in the Industrial Valuation Group, performing valuations for the energy and chemical industries. Shannon earned a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
