Bradley Williams is the owner and lead appraiser at Williams Appraisal Service, established in 1997. After four years as a staff appraiser, Williams founded the company and has since accumulated over 18 years of appraisal experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Kentucky University (Class of 1992) and is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designated by the NEBB Institute. Williams has personally completed more than 6,000 appraisals for over 40 lenders and governmental agencies. He is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Kentucky and holds the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) designation from the International Society of Business Analysts. His practice specializes in producing USPAP compliant equipment valuations.
